Profile Settings
You can update your personal information at any time from the Settings page.
Interface Note: On desktop screens, your Profile Settings and Password & Security options appear side-by-side in the same row. On mobile devices, these are organized into separate Tabs for easier navigation.
- Select Settings from the menu.
- In the Profile tab, you can update your Full Name & Email.
- Click Save Changes to apply updates.
Note: You can change your email address, but for security purposes, a confirmation link will be sent to both your new and old email addresses. You must open and click the link in both emails to confirm the update.
Password & Security
We recommend using a strong, unique password to protect your account.
Changing Your Password
If you are logged in:
- Go to Settings > Security.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
If you cannot log in:
- Go to the Login page.
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
